This recipe was in demand when I posted it on my stories and so here it is! It's different to your traditional brownies but I have to say it is just as delicious! Not for low FODMAPers though! โฃโ

360g soft pitted datesโฃโ 
100g cocoa powderโฃโ 
60ml maple syrupโฃโ 
240g almondsโฃโ 
60g melted butterโฃโ 
335g cranberriesโฃโ 
75g walnutsโฃโ 
โฃโ 
๐Œ๐„๐“๐‡๐Ž๐ƒ:โฃโ 
โฃโ 
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper โฃโ 
- In a food processor blend together the dates, cocoa, maple syrup, almonds and butter for 2-3 mins (you need a strong food processor!) โฃโ 
- Add in the cranberries and walnuts and blitz again until just combined. โฃโ 
- press the mixture into the prepared tin and then put in the fridge for around 2 hours before cutting up and dusting with cocoa powder. โฃโ
